Export service
Five steps from enquiry to container. Every step produces a document you can keep — because the expensive mistakes in this trade are administrative, not mechanical.
Five steps, no silent gaps
You always know which step you are on and what the next document will be.
Enquiry & specification
Cargo, temperature band, chassis, market. We return a written specification rather than a brochure page.
Drawing & confirmation
Layout drawings, panel schedule and bill of materials. Nothing is cut until you approve them.
Production
Body built on your chassis or ours, in the same hall, under the same quality system.
Inspection & documents
Pre-shipment inspection, photographs, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin.
Loading & shipping
Container loading photographs, seals, and the documents your broker needs at destination.
The paperwork that decides whether your container clears
Customs brokers do not care how good the body is. They care that the invoice, the packing list and the origin document agree with each other. We issue all of them from one system, against the final bill of materials.
For KD shipments we also supply an assembly guide, so a local workshop can rebuild the body without calling us at 3 a.m.
| Commercial invoice & packing list | Issued against the final bill of materials, not an estimate. |
|---|---|
| Certificate of origin | Form for preferential or standard origin, depending on the destination market. |
| Loading photographs | Container number, seals and every unit photographed before the doors close. |
| Inspection record | Pre-shipment check sheet signed off by the line supervisor. |
| Chassis documents | Upstream CCC and Certificate of Conformity where a chassis is supplied with the unit. |
| Assembly guide (KD) | Panel schedule, fastening plan and a step sequence for local assembly. |
