Refrigerated Truck Bodies

Insulated truck bodies in 50 / 75 / 100 mm panel thickness, supplied ready to mount on your chassis.

Panel thickness is a choice about duty cycle, not about price alone. 50 mm suits chilled distribution with short door-open times, 75 mm is the working default for mixed chilled and frozen routes, and 100 mm is for deep-frozen cargo and high ambient temperatures where the unit would otherwise run continuously. Skins are FRP; cores are PU injected at controlled density, or XPS where moisture exposure decides it. Panels are bonded rather than mechanically fixed, so there are no cold bridges at the joints. Floors take aluminium or steel treadplate over plywood, with a drain and a scuff plate at the door. Door frames are reinforced for hinge loads and fitted with a double seal. Bodies ship with the refrigeration aperture cut to the unit you specify, ready to mount — or as flat-packed kits for local assembly.
